The Administrative Assistant coordinates all supplies for the company, oversees logistics and will be located at the front desk.  Also, assists all the departments in everything they require.

Due to the type of tasks performed in this position, it is required that the person works at our offices located in America Free Zone (AFZ), Heredia.

• Receiving visitors
• Checking business calls
• Travel planning
• Purchasing supplies
• Ensure basic office services run and coordinate office maintenance
• Renew yearly insurance policies
• Support or coordinate recruiting activities
• Support or coordinate employee activities
• Training coordination
• Participates in landlord's coordination meetings

• Bilingual Secretary or Technical Degree in Administration or alike.
• 3+ Years of Experiences as an Administrative Assistant or Related Field
• Intermediete knowledge of MS Office
• Good English Skills (B2+ or above)

• Knowledge of import/export regulations and tools
