About the Job 

 

Avionyx is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a period of 2 months to join our Joby accounting team.

Our team is made up of energetic and passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You will work closely with our operational accounting team, reporting to our Accounting Supervisor and partnering with our accounting team. You will bring a high level of enthusiasm, strong work ethic and interest in learning, to help Joby accounting continue to grow. This job is based out of our Heredia, Costa Rica location and is fully presential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the accounts payable process: entering and reviewing invoices to the EDS tool.
  • Assist in filing and organizing financial records.
  • Prepare paper documents for scanning.
  • Scan records in the correct order.
  • Check scanned files for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Index, name, and save files in the right folders or systems.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital records.
  • Help maintain confidentiality and records compliance.
  • Assist with data entry and other clerical/admin tasks as needed.

Required

  • ​High school diploma or currently pursuing a college degree
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organization and time management
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately
  • Ability to lift/move files or boxes in some roles
  • Fluency in English is required (B2+)
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
