Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering Design Services Department with administrative tasks.
- Assist in lifecycle changes and production release of drawings via PLM.
- Process engineering change orders and lead the implementation process.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, tooling, and quality.
- Create and track progress of tickets for CAD Team.
- Update, Track and report KPIs performance to Management.
- Support CAD team in general tasks related to modeling and drafting.
- Follow up with Vendors progress on Fabrication and quality requirements.
Required
- Technician Degree: Precision Mechanics, CAD Drafting, or related field.
- Or 2+ Year through College Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related Engineering Career.
- 2+ years of related experience working as an Engineering Technician or related roles.
- Experience with CAD software.
- Basic Excel Knowledge.
- Task Management and follow up skills for Projects Tracking.
- Experience with Ticketing Systems.
- Experience tracking KPIs and Data Management.
Desired
- Experience with PLM CAD data management.
- Experience working with Catia V5 or Catia V6, and Enovia.
- Experience working in similar industry.
- Engineering drawing practices using American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Y14.100 and Y14.24.
