People Data Assistant

As an AS-9100D company and in business since 1989, Avionyx provides expert, high-quality, full-lifecycle avionics software and hardware engineering services for eVTOL/UAM, rotorcraft and fixed wing aircraft, complying with the most rigorous software engineering standards in the world.

Avionyx is searching for People Data Assistant to support several areas of Joby’s Total Rewards team, focusing on compensation, benefits, stock administration, and HR systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact by delivering a future-focused, market-driven, equitable, and scalable total rewards program. This job is based out of our San José, Costa Rica location.

• ​Assist with data entry, data imports, and reporting.

• Conduct audits and reconciliations of payroll, benefits, and stock administration.

• Enter and maintain global employee data in our HR systems.

• Perform other duties in support of the compensation, benefits and data systems department as assigned.

• BA/BS degree
• 1+ year experience in HR, Finance or Accounting
• Fluent in English
• Proficient Excel: XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Index/match, pivot tables, charts, creating graphs
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
